About OPPOWA

OPPOWA is an association of the owners of Orchid Paradise registered under The Registrar of Societies, Chickballapur Dist.

What started as a small WhatsApp group of investors in 2016 from the various projects of Transcity Developers, we created a separate group of registered owners of Orchid Paradise in 2019. We regularly engaged Transcity Developers with regular meetings at their office and met at the site location occasionally.

Once our WhatsApp group became a 150 plus people strong community with a lot of positivity, we felt the strong need to form a registered association so that we can engage with Transcity Developers, secure our layout and work towards making it a wonderful place.

Executive Team

OPPOWA was founded in 2021 to safe guard the interests of the plot owners. The Executive Members have put a lot of effort to use all communication channels to gather all the original plot owners and ensure that we maintain a clean layout.
