eKhata

Orchid Paradise Layout is spread across two villages, Bhaktarahalli and Malamachannahalli. There is a huge initiative from the Government to digitize land records. If you obtain an eKhata for your plot, you have the advantage to being able to pay your property taxes online.

We are currently in the process of getting eKhata  for all our plot owners. We are engaging the officials of both the panchayats and they have promised to issue the eKhatas within a week.
